Consultation: A consultation with a qualified aromatherapist Yvonne is the starting point. During this session, your needs and preferences are discussed, and a customised blend is then created.
Essential Oil Selection: Choosing specific essential oils based on their therapeutic properties. Different essential oils have various effects, such as relaxation, energising, stress relief, hormone balance or promoting better sleep.
Application Methods: This allows me to determining the best way to use your bespoke aromatherapy blend. This could include diffusing the oils, adding them to a carrier oil for massage, using them in the bath, shower products, or creating a personal inhaler.
